[dvd::rip] can't get specified size

Subject: [dvd::rip] can't get specified size

I'm using the latest release of dvd::rip and all the other components.
I can't seem to get the file size down to where I want it. I have
tried specifying one CD of size 350mb. I have tried specifying the
target size at 350mb. I have tried manually adjusting the bitrate
until the "calculated storage" area says 350mb. In all three ways, the
calculated storage reads "Video: 283.60mb; Audio: 62.38mb; Other:
2.76mb; Total: 348.74mb" which is right. But when I let it transcode,
the file always comes out as 620mb. Also I can't get the right audio
stream. The stream I want is track 1, not track 0 (director's
commentary)...but whenever I specify track 1, I get this error:
"Warning: no target audio track #0". The process will continue, but I
don't get an avi file.

Can someone help me?
