Did you try different video codecs? Codecs sometimes have problems
achieving the desired video bitrate, so it's worth to try different
(e.g. ffmpeg, xvid, divx5).

dvd::rip supports more than one audio track so it's not sufficient to
select one out of the audio popup, but you must assign a target track.
