[dvd::rip] [PATCH] Transcoding multiple titles at once ("one-click transcoding")

Hi, 

In response to several request[1,2] and because I needed it, I wrote a
tiny hack to perform this one-click transcoding of multiple titles.

You still have to provide options for each title and be aware that if
you select Y titles, it will schedule Y jobs, thus may be creating a
huge load onto the system.

This hack may have bugs as I am no expert in dvdrip internals :) For
instance, I don't know the real purpose of the other
transcode_something procedure, which returns in middle of transcode...
I haven't corrected this bug...

Patch against 0.52.5 attached. If you think I should review my patch
to be good enough to enter the official release, please let me know.
