Not at all, I do not use GMC and other optimizers.

The funniest thing is, that the second pass starts up with about 30 fps and it 
becomes slower over the time, after 1 hour it is at 4 fps. The second pass 
encoding needs then about 6 hours mainly.

Audio encoding seems not to be the problem because this also happens when I 
choose AC3 passthrough which does not need encoding time besides the 
interleaving.
