[dvd::rip] nice in cluster mode

i noticed that when using dvd::rip in cluster mode to transcode the project, 
the nice value gets ignored.  transcode runs on the nodes rather 'un'nicely.

there was a thread about this topic a while back but the cluster issue didn't 
seem to get addressed.  is this still a pending issue or can it be fixed?
