Please execute the command on a console (grab it from the log) and post
command+output here.

Anyhow it's the question whether it makes sense to rip a menu with
dvd::rip, since dvd::rip can't author a new DVD image but "just"
transcodes DVD titles to an MPEG4 .avi or .ogm file. So having a menu in
a .avi file is nice, but most probably quite useless ;)
