I assume you selected the audio track on the "Read TOC" tab only. But this
affects just volume scanning during ripping.
If you want to change settings for audio tracks in the final AVI, click the
"Multi..." button on the Transcode tab. There you can adjust exactly which DVD
audio track should be assigned to which AVI track resp. which audio track(s)
should be processed at all.
