I just found out what's going wrong here. In cluster mode several ogg
files needs to be concatenated using the ogmcat program. But this badly
fails on ogg files without any audio track (a limitation of ogmcat).
Creating ogg files without audio in non-cluster mode works, because no
file concatenation is required here.
Next dvd::rip version will show an error dialog if one tries to put an
ogg title without audio on a cluster.
