Yes, but dvd::rip can't help you much, because it doesn't create a DVD
image at the end, but always an .avi or .ogg file to be played on a
computer or a DVD player which supports MPEG4 playback. (So only if you
have such a DVD player, dvd::rip _is_ an option for you ;)
At any rate you can use dvd::rip to extract the VOB files from the DVD's
and then use dvdauthor (or some GUI frontend for it) to author the
merged DVD.
