I've done some testing and the problem seems to be with DTS audio tracks
only.
AC3 bitrate is detected OK, but DTS bitrate is not detected.
In my case when having both tracks whole rip failed due to DTS audio.

Looks like a bug. From the logfile you sent it looks that dvd::rip fails
to probe the audio bitrate correctly, which is needed for ac3
passthrough to be able to calculate the video bitrate properly. I'll
have to check that.
