[dvd::rip] Extremely large transcoded files?

Subject: [dvd::rip] Extremely large transcoded files?

Hi,

I'm used to ripping a DVD and getting an avi of about 700MB. With
dvd::rip, I'm getting individual files for each title and the total size
of the avi's is about 2.5GB.

How can I do a typical rip? I transcoded with AVI container. xvid codec
with 50 keyframes (The configure... button didn't open a dialog). 2 pass
encoding and no deinterlacing. with a target media of 1 X 700MB disc.

This is an extremely well polished application. Well done to all
involved and thanks for making it freely available.

Regards,
Jarlath
