[dvd::rip] Changing default rip settings?

Does anyone know of a way to change some of the default rip values?
Everytime I start a new project I have to set them for each title.
For example I want to change the default mp3 quality level from 2 to 6.
I want to set the default number of output files to 1 350M file. I
couldn't find these settings in the preferences or the dvdriprc file.
