[dvd::rip] Fixing bitrate for all titles

After ripping several titles, I go to the encode tab and change the
bitrate from 1800 to 400 to keep the size small. But this seems only to
apply to the first title.

Title 1 (30 minutes long) is 115MB as I wanted, but title 2 (same
duration) is 850 MB. If I transcode them one at a time, I can force this
but I want to do this unattended. Is it possible?
