[dvd::rip] hang on preview [PATCH]

I sent another thread about this, so maybe nobody is interested in this, but since it helps me I figured I'd post it.   I thought I had seen others with this problem where the commands that grab preview images hang unexpectedly.  Turning to the transcode list, it appears that tcdemux does hang unexpectedly and the solution is to use something other than vob (such as mpeg) in the -x option to transcode.   This appears to fix that problem, but the avi creation (transcode tab) then fails because it seems to want "-x vob". Not sure if this works for all cases, but seemed to fix the problem.
