[dvd::rip] "discard audio" causes exception [PATCH]

Actually I wanted to decompress the audio to WAV, adjust the gain in 
ardour, and then use the adjusted WAV for the audio track. I didn't see 
how to do this through the GUI so I just grabbed the debug output and 
edited the commands as appropriate.
