[dvd::rip] DVD::Rip annoyances

1) Subtitles require manually setting colors. A "Render subtitles as
they would appear on a player" option would be preferable. Barring
that, some documentation about what those values mean and an option to
render a single subtitled frame would be very useful. (If I were to
to help with this, who should I contact?)

2) Is there a better way to handle temporary bad ranges? (Example:
In general options, set the frame range to 60 to 120. Then change it
to 240 to 300. DVDRip will block the first change, even though it
will be fixed in a second. Possibly, react to setting one endpoint
out of range by moving the other to just in range?)

(On checking, exactly which options reset, I couldn't reproduce this
problem. Maybe I set the flag that keeps this from changing. But on
some early tries, changing which chapters I want to rip resets a large
number of other options. Clip & Zoom, deinterlace modes, at least.)
