[dvd::rip] alternative ripping-method

Hi,
running into similar problems as described the thread `Using mplayer
-dumpstream instead of tccat?'
(http://exit1.org/archive/dvdrip-users/2006-01/msg00090.html) I
implemented `mplayer -dumpstream' as an alternative ripping-method.
As dvd::rip's development seems very slowed down recently I am not
really shure if a patch is useful.
Just give me some feedback.
